Protocol on sexual harassment, harassment on grounds of sex and harassment in the workplace

At SET ENERGÍA 1971, S.L. we reaffirm our commitment to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive working environment in which all people can carry out their professional activity with a full guarantee of dignity, equality and well-being.

With this in mind, we announce the publication and launch of our Protocol for the Prevention of and Action against Sexual Harassment, Harassment on Grounds of Sex and Harassment in the Workplace, drawn up in accordance with current regulations and best practices in the field of equality and the prevention of psychosocial risks.

The main objectives of this protocol are

  • Preventing all forms of harassment by raising awareness, training and promoting a culture of respect and zero tolerance towards such behaviour.
  • Establish clear and confidential mechanisms for reporting and action, ensuring protection and support for those affected.
  • Ensuring an impartial, prompt and effective investigation of the cases that may arise, with the application of corrective and punitive measures where appropriate.
  • Promote an inclusive and equitable working environment, where trust, security and equal opportunities prevail.
    The implementation of this protocol reinforces our policy of social responsibility and ethical commitment, and represents a decisive step in building a workplace free of any form of discrimination or violence.
    The full document will be made available to all staff through our internal portal, notice boards and corporate channels, along with information on the communication and support channels in place.
